Lora Ziebro is a mom of 5 wonderfully loud and awesome children. She is a Special Needs mom as her youngest daughter has Down Syndrome and her oldest daughter has Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Lora has homeschooled her children for 12 years and will be graduating her oldest in June. She has been teaching logic and apologetics to local area middle and high school children for the past 7 years and ran a Facebook group for moms where she taught them apologetics and sound reasoning.
Lora is currently in school full time, pursuing a degree in Biblical Theology with a concentration in Urban Ministry. Before starting school full time, she co-led the Women’s Bible Study group at her church as well as two street evangelism teams. Lora has discipled numerous women in the Christian faith, parenting, being a godly wife and a special-needs mom. She has worked in youth ministry and is currently co-leading the Special Needs Parenting support group at her church.
Lora is a Speaker and Author. Her first book, Digital Addiction: Breaking Free from the Shackles of the internet, TV and Social Media, is available on Amazon. Her newest book, Man On Trial is expected to be released by the spring of 2020. It addresses the skeptic and answers the hard questions of faith like- “Why does God allow suffering and evil” and has a mixture of apologetics, logic, reasoning, and evangelism.
Lora loves to be a mom and a wife and doing it well is something that she constantly strives towards. She has been married to her husband Tom for 17 years. They met in the Army, and since that one meeting, everything in their lives has interwoven into a beautiful, fun adventure. Tom is her best friend and her greatest confidant.
Lora had worked professionally as a stockbroker, receiving her Series 7 and 63 licenses at 18 years old followed by a term of service in the U.S. Army where she was an Intelligence Analyst. After an honorable discharge, she worked in the private sector as a contracted intelligence analyst in support of the Federal Government.
Lora loves to help strengthen families and help women grow spiritually, emotionally, professionally and personally. She loves to be a voice of good and hope in the lives of the women she knows. She also loves to teach and speak to women. She is loud, authentic, honest and down to earth.
Lora’s greatest love above all things is Jesus. She accounts anything worth knowing or good about her as being due to His grace in her life.
